  Always understaffed.. Only one staff to serve customers.. Food is good but it depends.. Sometimes they quality is so bad.. The chicken is dry and off. Recipe is nice but the execution is poor.
  And they haven't fixed the air con in a month.. It is super hard to dine in here any more cause it is so hot

  Drive thru service is always at snail speed. The one time I went inside they refused to take my order until the previous customer had their order and was walking out the door. Go figure! ! If I could give less than one star I would.

  Pay so much for something so little.
  I paid for a twister and what I got was rubbish; a giant tortilla with hardly anything in it (equivalent to 1/2 a cup of serving).
  Whoever made this twister should be fired or negotiate a fair deal for me.

  Will never go back to this store, chicken was so dry and tasteless they must off lost the herbs and spices also took over 1/2 hour to get the food from in store
